ვაზის ქართული გენოტიპების მტვრის მარცვლის განვითარების ბიოლოგია

Abstract

სოფლის მეურნეობის მეცნიერებათა დოქტორის ლ. ვაშაკიძის მონოგრაფიაში განხილულია ვაზის ქართული გენოტიპების მტვრის მარცვლის ჩამოყალიბებისა და განვითარების ციტოგენეტიკური და ციტოემბრიოლოგიური თავისებურებანი. გაანალიზებულია წარმოშობის ადგილის როლი მტვრის მარცვლის კრიტერიუმების ცვალებადობაში. გამოყოფილია ჯიშის იდენტიფიკაციისა და შეფასების ციტოლოგიური მარკერები. მიკროფოტო-27, ცხრილი-4, დიაგრამა-2, სურათი-23. ბიბლიოგრაფია-51. გათვალისწინებულია პრაქტიკოს მევენახეთა და ვაზის გენეტიკა-სელექციის ხაზით მომუშავე მკვლევართა ფართო წრისათვის, აგრარული უნივერსიტეტის აკადემიური პერსონალისა და სტუდენტებისათვის. წიგნი მომზადდა მებაღეობის, მევენახეობისა და მეღვინეობის ინსტიტუტში, ვაზის დესკრიპტორების (Vიტის სპპ.) შესაბამისად, ციტოგენეტიკის ლაბორატორიის თემატიკისა და Bioversity International-ის (რომი, იტალია) პროექტის - «ვაზის გენეტიკური რესურსების კონსერვაცია აზის და მდგრადი გამოყენება კავკასიაში და შავი ზღვის ჩრდილოეთ რეგიონებში” ფარგლებში. The monograph of the Doctor of Agricultural Sciences L. Vashakidze is dedicated to cytogenetic and cyto-embryological particularities of organization and development of male generative organs in Georgian grapevine genotypes. The role of the place of origin in the variance of pollen grain criteria is analyzed. Emphasized are the cytological markers for variety identification and assessment. The book contains 27 photomicrographs, 4 tables, 2 diagrams, 23 photos, 51 bibliographical notes. The book is intended for viticulturist practitioners and broad spectrum of researchers in the sphere of genetics and selection, as well as to the academic staff and students of the Agrarian University. The monograph has been prepared within the framework of the scientific work plan of the Cytogenetic Department of the Institute of Horticulture, Viticulture and Oenology (Tbilisi, Georgia) and the project “Conservation and sustainable use of grape-vine genetic resources in the Caucasus and Northern Black Sea area” realized by the Plant Genetic Resources Institute “Bioversity International” (Rome, Italy).
